2008 is just buzzing along and great new projects have come rolling in. After rotator cuff repair in January, the fun began with several on-camera projects including an infomercial for H2O Concepts, a whole-home water filtration system filmed and edited by the folks at ProOne Media. A few weeks later, Physicians Filmworks cast me as the host for their medical malpractice film.

As the weather warmed, Stevan Pope, of Arizona Freelance Productions called to cast me as the host in a special “Going Green-Designing Spaces” episode for NewGrass, a Scottsdale, AZ firm that has created a terrific alternative to conventional lawns. Filming took place at a New York Mets ballplayer’s home in Deer Valley. Over 17,000 square feet of the product had been installed and looked fantastic.

Next up was another project with ProOne, a TV spot for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. And finally, a web video for iMemories, a Scottsdale-based firm that specializes in restoring vintage video ( for you young readers it means film, VHS tape, slides, and old photos) and creating vivid digital images on DVD. Neat stuff and a valuable service to re-capture precious memories on fragile media.
